These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Spendial application ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Spendial is a reseller inventory and financial tracking web app. It organizes inventory, sales, expenses, mileage, and tax data into Schedule C-ready reports.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Spendial offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan (Basic, Pro, or Business) to continue using the app. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.

4. User Responsibilities & Data

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Spendial. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your financial records, tax calculations, and reports.

5. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Spendial provides structural organization tools. Users are solely and independently responsible for auditing the precision of all financial reports, deductions, and tax values prior to submitting files to government tax authorities.

In no event shall Spendial, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including lost profits or incorrect tax filings.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
